Run by three Indonesian restaurant consultants helmed by Ben Karmadi in Operations, Herlia Adisasmita in Marketing and Communications and Teofilus Poa in Accounting and Finance, Prodigi Nusa Sekawan restaurant management company adopts the newest Information Technology systems on every possible side of the business, in order to implement transparent management. We utilize online platforms such as a cloud based POS system, TouchBistro; Quickbook online accounting software, etc. This environment enables investors and operators to check on the business revenue, forecasted profit and loss, product trends and customer movements at all times. These systems reduce preventable losses, provide insights and help us to make better decisions for future strategies.
Aside from the top-notch IT systems, our local knowledge in Bali along with our network (e.g. contractors, suppliers, stakeholders) gives us a broad opportunity to formulate business viability on the island. Our international background combined with understanding of Bali both as a business environment and culturally, we confidently work with foreign and Indonesian clients.
Currently, we operate and manage four restaurants across two locations in Bali. In Ubud, we have Habitat Café (started in 2016), Nikkei Ubud (from 2018) and Union Ubud (from 2019). All Ubud restaurants were conceptualised and executed by us. In Seminyak we operate Bloom Restaurant which was a re-concept and re-branding project, which we have been managing since 2019. These establishments have become some of the most popular brands in each area.
We also oversee the online marketing of two of Sanur’s iconic cafés; Soul in a Bowl and Soul on the Beach. Our Finance Department is currently working with The Bali Spirit Festival and Seniman Coffee company as an advisor.
We build products and brands closely with our clients to understand the vision and goals of their investment, and together we co-create new and bold concept in Food and Beverage as a lifestyle.
