Starting his career in Food and Beverage businesses & hotels in Adelaide, Port Douglas, Perth and Melbourne, Ben decided to settle back to his home island, Bali and started his own food and beverage consultant , Let's Makan. He then then developed Prodigi Nusa Sekawan restaurant management as the Director of Operations.  Ben personally involves in bringing the famed Cafe Del Mar into Bali and currently sits as the member of the Commissioners Board of the beach club.

Herlia Adisasmita - Marketing Consultant Bali

Started her flavoursome Food & Beverage journey with Sarong Group, the biggest restaurants group on Bali owned by a celebrity chef, Will Meyrick, Lia currently sits as the Marketing Director of Prodigi Nusa Sekawan restaurant consultant.  Having seen many parts of the world for both leisure and business, the online marketing management specialist has an extensive experience in IT industry and hospitality in her pocket.
